Key Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements as well as producing functional specifications for new systems and procedures
- Expertise in evaluating current processes, conducting gap analyses, developing future procedures, and formulating suggestions for improvements to be made.
- Experience driving continuous process improvement in technology projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other techniques
- Technology project management, which includes overseeing clients’ stakeholders and technology vendors.
- Working knowledge of IT Project Management Office (PMO) setup and administration
- Oversee the management of cutting-edge, client-specific solutions, including the creation of business cases, the formulation of IT strategies, and tool and software considerations for digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the business and IT teams of the client to identify opportunities and derive practical knowledge.
- Participation in extra internal firm-building initiatives like knowledge management and hiring
- Present papers at industry conferences as a representative of Infosys Consulting
- Offer leadership in terms of technology and consulting for one or more of the newest digital technologies (such as robotic process automation, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data technologies, data analytics, IoT, etc.) inside and outside the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of one or more digital technologies (such as robotic process automation, digital transformation, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data technologies, data analytics, IoT, etc.), as well as their use in the oil and gas and utilities industries
- The capacity to deeply comprehend complicated business and technical issues and to have an impact on organisational decision-making at all levels without formal reporting structure authority.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities as well as teamwork.
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural team, including adaptability to accommodate several time zones as appropriate Ability to deal with clients’ organisations at all levels in both technical and user-friendly language
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Track record of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
