Key Responsibilities:
- As the subject matter expert for Smartsheet, give advise and direction to ensure that the software is adopted and used successfully going forward.
- Utilising Smartsheet, provide creative responses to internal stakeholder needs.
- Create thorough project plans that include timeframes, deliverables, activities, and milestones.
- To achieve a high level of coordination across various projects, plan, construct, monitor, and control programme schedules.
- To ensure the success of the project, identify project hazards, keep a risk register, and assist in creating risk mitigation methods.
- Keep the project documentation current.
- Conduct educational seminars.
- Ensure that questions and issues addressed by stakeholders are promptly resolved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- Good project management experience using the Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Communication skills with international stakeholders.
- Problem-solving orientation and analytical orientation.
