Key Responsibilities:
- Throughout the whole customer lifecycle, including enabling customers, Disputes, merchants, Customer acquisition, Credit, Fraud, and Late Stage collections, design business KPIs and encourage effective performance management. Risk and Servicing Process MIS.
- Important abilities include those in communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, SAS/SQL, Python/Hive, and BI tools like Tableau.
- Performance management includes incentive packages, performance management resources, and insights.
- Essential abilities include project/program management, basic hive, and BI tools like Tableau.
- Customer listening examples include creating and directing customer surveys, sentiment analysis, and in-depth understanding of consumer advocacy and satisfaction.
- Essential abilities include those in communication, stakeholder management, machine learning, Spark, Python, and SAS/SQL.

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
