Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming emails and messages from direct customers and travel agencies, offer trip options, and provide correct pricing and information to meet customers’ demands.
- Make sure all airline and departmental documentation is properly documented and distributed as needed.
- Find flights using points, and learn and use different travel hacking methods.
- Alert leadership and the customer success team to critical consumer complaints and trends.
- Utilise a number of sources to accurately evaluate air demand.
- Complete tasks that are cross-functional and geared towards client success.
- Look for opportunities to surprise and delight customers with memorable moments.
- Tell and promote client success stories.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 – 2 years of experience working for a tech company, SAAS, or startup in customer experience, customer success, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Customer-centric means that you put improving customer experiences first.
Preferred skills:
- Being able to swiftly establish relationships and collaborate effectively across functional lines with product and marketing teams and others.
- Able to clearly and concisely explain complex subjects. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong passion for and expertise in the loyalty sector, particularly in relation to travel, airlines, and credit card programmes.
