Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients requesting technical help or assistance via email or our chat system (Intercom).
- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, respond to questions from customers, diagnose technological problems, and offer prompt solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and product development, to efficiently escalate and address difficult customer issues.
- To help consumers better understand and utilise our SaaS products, offer product guidance.
- To the appropriate internal teams, proactively identify and report product issues or upgrade possibilities.
- Investigate and resolve billing-related questions, making sure that bills are accurate, and keeping everything about money as transparent as possible.
- Work along with the finance department to resolve any billing issues or refund requests as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field that is relevant to the position (such as business, marketing, communications, or a similar subject).
- Knowledge of SaaS products and applications, as well as strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused service with a sympathetic and patient attitude.
- Ability to manage and prioritise several client questions at once while upholding SLAs.
Preferred skills:
- An advantage would be having knowledge of CRM software, support ticketing systems, and Intercom.
- Working knowledge of the mobile sector.
- Understanding of the mobile ad tech market.
