Key Responsibilities:
- For the phone channel to boost share of wallet and revenues, cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to increase client retention and happiness, which should raise Net Promoter Score.
- Possess thorough understanding of your clientele’s characteristics, demographics, and bank assets.
- Operate as the bank’s single point of contact for its mapped customers.
- Selling complementary goods and services to current and prospective customers.
- Providing advice on numerous items that banks offer in order to strengthen relationships.
- Through individualised customer care, establish and sustain banking connections with a chosen group of consumers.
- Create new business to meet stated goals for the segment’s number of clients, volumes, and revenue.
- By using PPOP (Pre-Provisioning Operating Profit), reach the set goals.
- Make sure that consumer base is covered in accordance with business plans.
- By using existing customers’ recommendations, increase the number of new clients.
