Key Responsibilities:
- In defining data solutions, collaborate with the reporting team and owners of the risk framework.
- Work closely with the CIO team’s technology developers to put strategic data solutions into place.
- Python, SQL programming, and debugging are used to facilitate the creation of data solutions.
- Development of a Presto SQL view for data delivery and data visualisation.
- Developing Tableau dashboards, Excel Power Query, and Jupyter Notebook for data programming.
- Identification, analysis, and administration of data through mapping and reference.
- Data analysis and reconciliation to satisfy reporting requirements and ongoing BAU processes.
- Data dictionary creation, solution description, and help with data quality control.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Post-graduate in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Commerce or similar Quantitative discipline.
- Good Stakeholder management by establishing good working relationships with people at all levels and to work well in a team environment.
- Able to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements to produce prompt, reliable information to management for decision-making purposes.
- Prior experience of Python Jupyter Notebook and SQL Programming.
- Experience in Risk Reporting and Dashboard development.
- Can communicate effectively.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Data Profiling and analysis techniques.
- Adequate knowledge of Python and SQL Programming.
- Adequate Knowledge of Data ETL Process and Data Quality Checks.
- Knowledge of automation techniques.
