Key Responsibilities:
- Ready to work in international voice process and 24×7 environment. Rotational offs (5days working).
- Candidates should possess good communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed in tough situations.
- Must display a history of achieving goals in a high-performance environment.
- Should possess extensive customer service and interaction skills in voice campaign.
- Experience in dealing calls with end customers is a must.
- Immediate joiner or max notice of 30 days preferred.
- Profiles available to work from office, Bangalore location.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred.
