Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop innovative Google Cloud solutions to difficult consumer demands. By giving internal cross-functional teams like Product Management and Engineering with consumer feedback, you may improve the product feature offerings.
- Work together with clients and other Google employees to manage and promote Google Cloud adoption. assist in creating suggestions for consulting services and solution architectures.
- Enable clients to experience the whole lifecycle of innovation by creating strategic roadmaps and promoting the achievement of important milestones.
- Working with internal teams, find solutions to clients’ operational problems through problem-solving and technical debugging. Assist customers in obtaining product-related information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI or Cloud Foundations (e.g. cloud computing) through certifications, internships, coursework, or relevant practical experience.
- Experience in customer service, communication or leadership.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
Preferred skills:
- C++, Java, Python, SQL programming skills or knowledge of infrastructure/system management.
- Employing web technologies (such as HTTP(S), JavaScript, APIs, TCP/IP, DNS) to construct or troubleshoot websites or web applications.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems software and algorithms. a working knowledge of SQL query development and database design.
- Experience managing projects, products, or programmes, as well as directing entrepreneurial initiatives.
- The capacity to offer technical materials and modify your message for different stakeholders.
- Organising, problem-solving, or troubleshooting abilities should be displayed.
