Key Responsibilities for Associate Analyst:
- Developing an understanding of the EY Global compliance framework and the Execution process.
- Maintain and adhere to the testing schedule.
- Collaborate with the country/regional risk management teams during the testing exercise.
- Analyze the responses from country/regional risk management teams on testing results to identify potential non-compliance in a timely manner.
- Identify any nuances, supporting the review of documentation of local AML regulatory requirements
- Work with the team for further enhancements of the process.
- Support the process documentation and ensuring process trackers are current and accurate
- Develop subject matter expertise in the FinCrime process.
- Apply research skills leveraging tools to perform screening such as World check, Factiva, Finscan, open source searches etc.
Key Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- The primary role and responsibility of this position will be to work in a team environment and deliver ESS and admin services including, but not limited to .
- Diary Management – Provide support to the project team members on maintaining and managing key project meetings and the meeting location.
- Calendar Management – Maintaining project team’s calendar to showcase all key events that needs to be planned.
- Meetings Management – Working closely with the project teams and other stakeholders in scheduling/organizing the meeting or conference call.
- Travel Management – Support the project team members in booking the travel ticket.
- Workshop or Area visit Plan – Provide assistance in planning the agenda, for workshops/area visits by handling the logistics of stay, food and printing, etc.
- Tool Support and administration – Administrative support on various internal/external tools used across EY office .
- Data Processing and administration – Data capture, processing and administration of business information.
- Transcription – Business Transcription of recorded meetings, events, conference, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or master’s degree from a reputed college.
- Research/Compliance processes.
- Clear communication skills (written and oral) with good email etiquette.
- Experience with applications or programs like MS Excel, MS Forms and SharePoint lists.
- Good logical reasoning skills.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others.
- Must be able to work virtually, and independently.
- Able to be diplomatic when dealing with clients.
