Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of Bank accounts on a daily basis and maintain accurate records of information to maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP & Strong attention to detail to promote accuracy and quality of work.
- Maintain Corporate accounting standards by adhering to the laid out initial reconciliation process.
- Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, Journal entries month end closing Activities & Forex differences, intercompany Reconciliations etc.
- Responsible for preparation of accurate SLA Reports for all the General ledger accounting.
- Knowledge in Fixed Asset, General Ledger & BRS preferable.
- Actively participate in detecting and fixing problems reported by the Client.
- Coordinate the operational trainings according to the needs of the business process and the new team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- UG or PG completed graduates with good communication and Attention to detail skills.
- Three years full time Graduation: B. Com / BBM or MBA/M.Com.
Preferred skills:
- Good grasp of fundamental accounting concepts and ability to apply that knowledge.
- Knowledge/experience in the application of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated in previous relevant roles.
- Ability to manage relationships with employees and staff within the organization.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to review financial data and produce reports and statements that meet company standards.
- Initiative to take ownership of business unit accounting work to allow financial analysts to focus on providing financial support to business.
- Preference for working in a service-oriented environment where continuous improvement of business processes is expected.
