Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate – Chat Support:
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media.
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities for Executive – Fraud Analyst:
- Candidate is responsible for doing audit of employee reimbursement transactions, required to discuss with vendors, associates, partners while doing audit of transactions.
- Candidate should be good in English communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities for Security Operations Center Analyst:
- To implement security controls in software solutions and design security architectures as per agreed specifications.
- Gather information independently and analyze customer requirements.
- Work under guidance to interpret the customer requirements.
- Independently work on Multi vendor Security technologies.
- Analyse gaps in security Infrastructure.
- Work in designing, implementing and supporting security products for different customers.
- Ensure client security standards and processes are met, including client IT Risk Assessment Methodology and security architecture approval.
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practice and market trends relating to network security products and services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ 12th Pass
Preferred skills:
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
- A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
- Experienced candidate should have done QA audit in similar type of organization.
- Candidate should be at least graduate.
- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Should have analytical skills to churn out data and find anomalies.
- Excellent communication is mandatory.
