Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations.
- Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to internal and external clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with lease management software will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Leases.
- Prior experience utilizing a lease database.
- Risk Rating, Screening, CDD.
- Experience in financial services transactional data analysis.
- Lean/Six sigma trained or certified.
