Key Responsibilities:
- Aligned to work from office / client location (mandatory) as per requirement.
- Aligned to flexible working hours and 6 days a week working format.
- Travel to various centers / client locations within the country for client visits / audits / business launches as and when required.
- Extract data from various sources / work on available data and derive insights for decision making.
- Understand business requirements and commercial implications of actions taken and build SOP’s around the same.
- Manage performance and key matrices by understanding root cause and build solutions around the same
- Manage customer escalations on a day to day basis as per set SOP and respective TAT’s by driving internally with Operations team and externally with Client POC’s.
- Undertake recon activities pertaining to billing and operations having commercial impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
- Strong logical and critical reasoning.
- Self-motivated.
- Good presentation skills.
- Efficient in MS Excel and handling large data sets.
- 0-4 years experience is preferred. (Freshers also can apply).
