Key Responsibilities:
- Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management.
- Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc).
- Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving (e.g. resource allocation on multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders).
- Mentor and provide on the job training for new associates.
- Proficient in MS office package and Intermediary level of expertise in data Visualization tools.
- Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates.
- Database management and reconciliation (Maintain and manage skill sets, competencies and certifications of client serving professionals).
- Basic Dashboard and reporting activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or master’s degree from a reputed college.
- Research/Compliance processes.
Preferred skills:
- Prior work experience in same or related domain, 0 to 4 years.
- Experience in multiple systems and applications.
- Prior work experience in a large professional services or financial services company.
- Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable).
- Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.
