Key Responsibilities:
- Especially conversant with NCR Aloha POS, Order Management, Menu Management and other QSR systems.
- Strong understanding of restaurant domain areas, namely – POS, BOH functions, KDS, OLO, Menu Mgmt. and other store and corporate functions.
- Hands on knowledge of handing requirements management in an Agile environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Hands on knowledge of creating and managing user stories in JIRA
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder mgmt.
- Previous work experience with US clients is preferable.
- Hands on knowledge of NCR Aloha POS and Workday would be preferable.
