Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant contact with clients, manage expectations, and provide exceptional customer service. To provide comprehensive tax solutions, collaborate with tax professionals.
- Representing the firm in CIT/ITAT assessments and tribunal appeals.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and/or international taxation and transfer pricing.
- Extensive litigation, tax compliance, and advisory experience.
- Experience with corporate laws, SEBI/FEMA regulations, and so on.
- Investigate complex tax theory and positions and apply them to specific client requirements.
- Develop opinion papers and provide comprehensive knowledge and reviews of tax case laws.
- Determine all of the information needed to ensure/complete accurate tax compliance products on time and within budget. Create a strategy for gathering and communicating information. Determine risk areas and prepare for challenges during the compliance process.
- Deliver on-time, high-quality services and products that exceed client expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Outstanding managerial, organisational, analytical, and verbal/written communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a high-paced professional services environment
- An undergraduate degree, preferably in economics, finance, or statistics;
- Experience of at least 1-3 years is required.
- A CA/CS/LLB with at least 0 – 1 year of post-qualification experience in direct corporate tax.

- Feeling at ease interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
