Key Responsibilities:
- The resource must be able to collaborate professionally and effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Drive/Participate in Technology Initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external groups, serve as the first point of contact for client teams, and ensure that issues/questions raised by them are resolved in a timely and transparent manner.
- Provide solutions or escalate issues, and ensure that issues are handled/followed up on in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participate in projects as a team member as assigned, manage and allocate the overall team workload on a daily basis, and take steps to resolve any conflicts that arise as a result of this.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that assigned goals are met.
- Update project status and keep trackers and documentations up to date.
- Continuous monitoring of direct reports’ initiatives and development of new initiatives/process improvements.
- Provide thought leadership and direction to resources to ensure successful project and initiative implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation or above
Preferred skills:
- Python programming knowledge is required.
- MS Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Will be in charge of developing and maintaining Python programmes. Any existing process can be streamlined and optimised.
- A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to solve problems and think outside the box are required.
- Must be driven to produce accurate results and hold themselves accountable for projects assigned. Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to establish interdepartmental relationships and interface with external departments.
- Communication, strong written skills, problem solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Project management abilities, including time management, organisation, and documentation, must be demonstrated.
