  • Maintaining the client experience while escalating issues and providing frequent case status updates.
  • Make time in your daily calendar available for client calls.
  • Accountable for establishing a personal connection, displaying empathy, and maintaining engagement until the client’s question or problem is addressed.
  • Investigate opportunities to improve workflow procedures and accept change as necessary to meet corporate objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all communications with the outside world.
  • Building and sharing information, helping others, and cooperating to promote a strong team culture
  • To ensure that client requests or inquiries are addressed appropriately, collaborate successfully across time zones with peers, other departments, and management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. preferred education in travel and tourism.
  • External encounters with customers.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant expertise in corporate travel, travel management, or GDS are desirable.
  • The capacity for professional and clear idea expression for effective customer contact (English).
  • Show commitment to and responsibility for the client, the company, and the team.

  • A task-based, process-driven strategy for attaining goals
  • Having a flexible work schedule and working consistently throughout EMEA From 12:30 until 21:30 IST, shift (Subject to change)
