Key Responsibilities:

• A technological banker active in developing and building innovative tools and software that will completely reshape the banking industry
• Work with scrum teams that are attempting to address client concerns in an environment that is truly agile.
• Play a crucial part in client journeys that assist us in making quicker decisions to improve the end-to-end customer experience and obtain results that are most helpful to our clients
• A member of the competence tribe.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Shown capacity for original thought, encouraging automation and innovation
• Analyse business issues and assist in developing highly sophisticated solutions
• Strong core knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOPs principles and frameworks. Demonstrated ability to build a strong team-player approach to problem solving.
• Learner who is eager to pick up new skills and adapt to new frameworks and technologies
• Empowered mentality with capacity for clarification and questioning
• Excellent communication abilities allow for fluid relationships with colleagues around the world.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with coding in any next-generation technology
• Understanding of Agile methods
• Possessing strong technical abilities and exposure to modern technologies like microservices and UI frameworks like Angular and React, as well as object-oriented programming, ideally in Java
• Knowledge with AWS and Azure middleware and Springboot cloud technologies
• Algorithms for AI/NLP/machine learning

Preferred skills:

• Practice writing programmes in public venues like TopCoder and HackerRank.
• Certification from a reputable development community, such as Microsoft Certified Solution Developer or Google Developer Certification
• Taking part in hackathons and/or hacker ranks
• Engagement with open source communities
• Creative projects are created and displayed
• Knowledge of the larger technology landscape, including IoT, Deep Learning, and Blockchain
