Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of human resource administration and activities related to employee information, retrieval capabilities, and support.
  • Processes HR data in accordance with ‘the company’s’ policy and legal requirements, consults on HR processes and implementation, and is responsible for end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Identifies emerging applications and recommends process improvements and simplification to support business and HR strategy.
  • Works across ‘the company’s’ business, functional, and regional areas to recommend IT investments and improvements to HR tools.
  • Implements and monitors programmes and processes to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secure, and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal customers, legal compliance, and company policy requirements.
  • Reengineers processes at the regional and national levels and collaborates with global teams to increase process strength and capability.
  • Supports administrative recruiting, internal hiring, and lower-level external hiring.
  • Ensures seamless support for both front- and back-end processes via Contact HR.
  • Defines the HR Operations strategy to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO).
  • All MADO employee transitions are led, coordinated, and supported by HR Operations.
  • With team guidance and instructions, implements and manages one part of a process or project delivery.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities; provides solutions for non-standard, sub-process activities.
  • Assists with analytical and administrative support tasks for high-priority, high-complexity projects.
  • Resolves moderately complex employee HR support cases that cannot be answered immediately through service centres.
  • Assists with basic reporting requirements, as well as the analysis of survey, employee, and financial data.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A first level university degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources is typical.
  • Basic understanding of processes, systems, and the overall HR environment.
  • HR fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Basic quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities are required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service.
