Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute audience analytics projects by developing user personas and a top-tier audience insights platform.
- Collaborate with clients on audience analytics practices, from understanding requirements to campaign execution and tracking.
- Work closely with PayU internal partners (e.g., Business and Technology teams) to design and implement optimal solutions.
- Engage in exceptional projects using cutting-edge technology in a big data environment.
- Develop innovative AI/ML solutions to predict users’ online behavior, aiding PayU merchants in customer acquisition and management.
- Access over 5000 training courses from top learning partners like Harvard, Coursera, and Udacity, available anytime/anywhere to support your growth and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field from a premier institute.
- 0-2 years of work experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in deriving insights and/or building machine learning models using R/Python and SQL.
- Technical and project execution experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated focus on client/customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and execute complex analyses.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
- High-energy individual with a proactive and positive attitude.
