Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project cost accounting and revenue recognition processes.
- Perform reconciliations between Oracle Sub Ledger and General Ledger reported balances.
- Assist in month-end closure activities.
- Compile and distribute Weekly Flash reports, encompassing sales, bookings, and backlog data.
- Prepare and analyze reports for cost centers, offering insightful commentary.
- Create and analyze Balance Sheet schedules, providing necessary support.
- Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Provide backup support within the team for contingency situations.
- Assist in audit procedures.
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests for analysis.
- Promote and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the group.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a degree in Finance or MBA Finance, preferably with 2 years of experience.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at working collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of suggesting and implementing process improvements.
Preferred skills:
- Holds qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance.
- Demonstrates a foundational comprehension of Accounting Principles and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
