Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analysis and reporting capabilities, assigning numerical values to essential business functions to assess and compare business performance over time.
- Monitor performance and quality to identify areas for improvement, optimizing existing services and systems while ensuring data quality and availability of accurate information.
- Collaborate with other teams to uncover valuable business insights.
- Assist other teams in establishing success metrics for specific products/features.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and complete delivery of business requirements.
- Utilize both Web Analytics and Backend Data analytics.
- Quickly acquire and utilize Bespoke & third-party SaaS reporting tools with minimal documentation.
- Aid in presenting demonstrations and preparing materials for leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential proficiency in Python Data Analysis Packages such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn.
- Capability in Data Exploration and Visualization utilizing tools like Amplitude, Clevertap, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Possess strong analytical skills enabling the collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination of significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in queries, report writing, and presenting findings effectively.
- Demonstrates a robust business acumen, capable of translating ambiguous business and product issues into well-defined, impactful analyses.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in proactive communication.
