Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate collection procedures for overdue invoices and incorrect deductions across assigned portfolios using communication channels like email and phone calls.
- Address queries regarding disputed invoices promptly via email or phone.
- Investigate and analyze invoice disputes and deductions within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary documents and information for resolving disputes and deductions.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide daily reports on individual portfolios to monitor and manage overdue accounts effectively.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce past due accounts.
- Resolve issues efficiently to expedite case resolutions and mitigate any negative impact on customers.
- Assist team members by handling ad hoc requests within designated timelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by promptly researching and responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate issues to senior staff or management when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree in any field.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a proactive approach.
- Exhibits strong subject matter expertise in accounting concepts.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft is considered advantageous.
