Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create tools facilitating the migration of cloud applications across diverse cloud platforms.
- Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure utilizing tools such as Chef.
- Establish continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines employing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure CI/CD.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and manage DevOps scripts and tools to streamline processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute actively to the development lifecycle.
- Implement and adhere to security best practices in cloud environments.
- Collaborate efficiently with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science Engineering.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to work flexibly on weekends in accordance with business needs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for software development.
- Skills in developing RESTful APIs utilizing modern technologies like NodeJS or Golang.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
- Understanding of methodologies like Scrum, Test Driven Development, and proficiency in performance testing, data integrity testing.
- Competence in building containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Additional certification on any hyperscaler platform would be advantageous.
