Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and document NNBF reporting processes, communicating findings to team members to streamline end-to-end reporting procedures.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the E2E NNBF process and policy, ensuring strict adherence to it.
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with clients and partners across various business areas (Operations, Investments, Client Businesses, Finance) to establish a solid knowledge foundation for the team.
- Ensure weekly and monthly production support with high output accuracy, adhering to the governance framework.
- Contribute to the development of relevant metrics and control frameworks to effectively manage and report AUM, Flows, Revenue, and NNBF.
- Assist in the onboarding and reporting process for complex assignments, collaborating, influencing, and directing colleagues in other business areas (e.g., Onboarding, BDS, Client Businesses, Investments, Billing) to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Offer oversight and guidance on the integration and migration of internal and external data and systems.
- Challenge current processes and policies, identifying improvement opportunities, and actively drive them to implementation.
