Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in articulating ideas and requirements using formats such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.
- Take responsibility for the team’s outcomes in identifying and delivering systems, solutions, and features.
- Generate business requirements to guide future state design, and aid teams in comprehending requirements and their alignment with the overall strategy.
- Collaborate across teams and with stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles and derivation from business operations, objectives, or external demands.
- Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document functional and non-functional needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in treasury operations, balance sheet management, stress testing, and comprehensive solution design.
- Proven track record in implementing solutions focused on scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance enhancement.
- Strong aptitude for collaboration and adept stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound understanding of collaborative techniques, with the capability to collaborate effectively with business teams to devise practical solutions.
