Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of Fund and Investor Reports in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements and deliver services without errors.
- Utilize partnership accounting applications for assigned tasks.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment within the team.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in managing day-to-day operations on the floor.
- Propose and implement ideas for process improvements.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Financial Accounting principles.
- Maintain a general understanding of Capital Markets.
- Maintain a general understanding of Banking operations.
- Maintain a general understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund industries.
- Have practical experience with Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds systems.
- Possess a reasonable understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds processes including Accounting, Investor Reporting, Capital Calls, Distributions, Financial Statements, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Execute tasks related to Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund Operations, including Fund and Financial Accounting tasks such as Bookkeeping, Journal Posting, and Financial Statement Preparation.
- Manage tasks related to Management Fee, Carried Interest, and Expense Calculation and Posting.
- Handle Capital Calls responsibilities, including the preparation of Capital Call memos, opening of Letters of Credit (LCs), and follow-up with Limited Partners (LPs) for funding.
- Perform Distribution tasks, including the preparation of Distribution workings and LP Memos.
- Prepare Fund Transfer Wires and manage repayment of LCs.
- Conduct Reconciliation tasks, including Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Entry Posting, and Cash Reporting.
- Track Capital transactions efficiently.
