Key Responsibilities for HR Ops Admin:
- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; assist HR Business Partners in analyzing and developing action plans based on survey results.
- Take charge of onboarding and collaborate with the recruitment team to hire associates in accordance with business forecasts.
- Collaborate with business leaders and other support functions to cultivate a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs to align with business objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for employee grievances, collaborating with HR Business Partners in conducting necessary investigations.
- Provide Management Information System (MIS) support for attrition analysis, including analyzing exit interviews, identifying trends, and presenting key insights through dashboards.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as the New Hire Buddy/Mentoring Program, Voice of Employee, Round Tables, Brown Bag sessions, and Recognition & Rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive career pathing sessions/initiatives.
- Assist the Learning and Development (L&D) team in conducting training needs assessments for employees across different levels.
- Ensure statutory compliance by conducting regular vendor audits and overseeing labor compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities for Associate Recruiter:
- Support the implementation of recruiting plans to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Manage all facets of candidate administration, including updating applicant records, scheduling activities, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring accurate posting of current positions on recruiting systems and job boards.
- Cultivate and maintain an active pool of candidates to effectively meet future hiring targets.
- Manage relationships with agencies, as applicable, to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Take charge of planning and coordinating events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates.
- Review applications to assess their alignment with position requirements.
- Serve as a liaison with candidates, communicating logistics related to assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate with background check agencies to complete background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Compile documents for shortlisted candidates and collaborate with the onboarding team.
- Assist recruiters in regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess the efficacy of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to personnel at all levels on various recruiting and talent acquisition-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess over 6 months of experience in human resources.
- Demonstrate over 6 months of proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Exhibit knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Have experience working in confidential environments.
Preferred skills:
- Possess more than 1 year of experience in human resources.
- Demonstrate over 1 year of customer service experience.
- Showcase over 1 year of proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
