Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Furnishing comprehensive and informative responses to both current and prospective customers regarding product and service details.
• Maintaining accurate and organized customer records.
• Recognizing and promptly escalating high-priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team.
• Actively participating in team meetings.
• Addressing all inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries by providing suitable and satisfactory solutions.
• Educating customers on services and processes.
• Reporting any concerns or challenges to the Team Leader.
• Adhering strictly to assigned shift schedules.
• Ensuring strict compliance with established internal policies, procedures, and processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/ PG/ 12th Pass

Preferred skills:

• Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
• A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
• Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
