Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial HR administration support for a variety of service-related inquiries across the supported countries within the region.
- Take daily responsibility for meeting case management targets, ensuring timely support for colleagues during critical moments.
- Process various forms, including HR change forms, performance appraisals, benefit forms, unemployment claims, and other confidential documents.
- Maintain process maps, resources, manuals, and procedures for assigned countries.
- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities in the supported countries within the region.
- Assist local HR partners with ad-hoc requests.
- Review, validate, and approve vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
- Generate HR management information reports and fulfill requests.
- Encourage and promote the HR self-service culture.
- Actively contribute to business/functional projects with the goal of improving processes and enhancing the colleague experience.
- Responsible for accurately filing and storing employee data in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Work across multiple HR platforms, including Workday, Service Now, and Darwin Benefits systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with HRMS or related management systems is advantageous.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, or other ticketing and HR database platforms such as SAP or Workday.
- Knowledge of related HR systems and functions is a plus.
- Previous experience in a shared service environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of coordinating multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact efficiently with individuals at all levels of the organization and external vendors.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and legal requirements/regulations.
- Positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrates discretion in handling confidential information.
