Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely updating of resource schedules using scheduling tools like ARMS/Retain.
- Timely review and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
- Proactively review resource availability and requirements.
- Manage the scheduling mailbox and fulfill scheduling requests received via email within defined timeframes.
- Optimize resource utilization through efficient schedule management.
- Perform basic reporting and analysis tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with 0-3 years of experience in relevant resource management, workforce management, or exposure in general operations, with a strong acumen in resource management, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in various disciplines, including Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields, is desirable.
Preferred skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Excel.
- Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and the capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A keen interest in business and commercial aspects.
