Key Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging trends in the assigned area and recommend enhancements.
- Investigate, resolve, and define system-related issues.
- Create, construct, and operationalize solutions.
- Generate resources and communicate solution particulars.
- Analyze data, document findings, address issues, and propose solutions.
- Analyze processes and define functional specifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- More than 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in technical issue resolution.
- Proficiency in intermediate data analysis and processing using spreadsheets with formulas and SQL.
- Demonstrated abilities in leading and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and effective problem-solving skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of visual and UI design, with a preference for Tableau.
- Entry-level proficiency in Python or R.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
- Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts.
