Key Responsibilities:
- Project team members who will participate in process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and implementation of other GRCS solutions are often analysts.
- Consistently provide top-notch customer service.
- Verify that important stakeholders are informed about progress and anticipated results, manage risk, and monitor progress.
- Display a fundamental understanding of accounting and processes. Show aptitude for assimilating fresh information.
- Keep abreast with advancements in advisory services capabilities and sector expertise.
- Travel to customer locations in India and overseas would be necessary for the job.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM or similar degree) with 0 – 2 years of related audit, business or sector experience.
Preferred skills:
- Possess a fundamental understanding of risk consulting, internal auditing, and process consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong data analytics abilities and familiarity with cutting-edge data analysis technologies are advantages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A capacity for teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, familiarity with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, as strict deadlines and challenging client requirements may necessitate working longer hours.
- Be prepared to travel for extended periods of time, either inside India or internationally.
- Integrity, principles, beliefs, and work ethic must be displayed.
