Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current Razorpay customers who use Capital products including loans, cash advances, early settlements, etc.
- Cross-selling capital products, customer migration from one product/partner to another, and understanding client requirements over the phone or via email before proposing a workable solution utilising Razorpay capital products and services.
- Aid sales in creating, maintaining, and forecasting a strong funnel.
- Own and facilitate the smooth use of capital products by customers (manage customer inquiries and agreements)Ability to bargain with clients on all financing criteria, such as PF, ROI, tenure, etc.
- Drive maximum efficiency by using sales tools effectively. When necessary, collaborate with other cross-functional teams. continuously meet sales goals. comprehend and
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Basic understanding of the terms, lending products, and lending ecosystem, including loans and overdrafts.
- Having no or little sales experience. Having prior experience in the payments sector would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing positions.
- Personality that is self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to establish rapport with clients.
- Diligent and with a good work ethic.
- Should be able to use the most fundamental sales tools.
