Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and quickly learn the Salesforce Service cloud functionality.
• Perform  Manual QA for Salesforce.
• Participate in scrum meetings and interact with the team to get good understanding on the requirements.
• Involvement in requirement analysis.
• Test design, manual and automated.
• Test execution.
• Complete test management.
• Release activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records.

Preferred skills:

• Good communication.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking.
• Programming concepts C# or Java.
• Knowledge on type script/Java script is added advantage.
• Basic Database concepts.
• Quick learner.
• Adaptable.
