Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all assigned models of multi-modality imaging equipment within the designated service area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-symptom issues at the system level.
- Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Ensure the timely completion and documentation of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and apply conceptual knowledge of the relevant professional discipline, including specialized technical and support expertise.
- Understand how the team’s activities contribute to the overall business objectives.
- Resolve technical and operational issues using established procedures and escalate matters beyond defined guidelines to supervisors or senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, build strong customer relationships, and serve as an effective interface between customers and GE HealthCare.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university is required.
- Candidates who graduated or are expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026, with a minimum aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA, are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must have completed all academic requirements and have no active backlogs at the time of application.
- Strong subject-matter knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering is required.
- Willingness to travel as assigned and respond to client service requirements while working with minimal supervision is required.
