Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into capabilities and business features, define solution designs, collaborate with domain and other solution architects, and guide application architects in program-level decomposition and the development of robust architectures.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing software solutions and microservices.
- Ensure the quality, performance, reliability, and security of the code and solutions developed.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to established development standards and best practices.
- Effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks and provide timely status updates, including issue escalations, to the executive leadership team.
- Own and manage software demonstration content and oversee the acceptance process.
- Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving across large-scale, cross-functional development initiatives involving multiple development teams and business stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate requirements, technical needs, and expectations to both onsite and offshore vendor teams.
- Serve as a backup for the Development Lead and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence.
- Mentor and train junior developers while ensuring effective knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across development teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in both front-end and back-end application design and development is required, based on the following level:
- Associate: No prior experience required.
- Standard I: Two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Standard II: Three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Senior I: Four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Senior II: Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.
- Demonstrate strong numerical and quantitative skills.
