Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic management and direction to cross-functional experts (pods) across analytics, technology, transformation, product management, and key stakeholders across global functions and regions.
- Implement a consistent, effective, and integrated management approach across all functional areas.
- Serve as the primary interface within the Detection Value Stream for all change management and prioritization matters.
- Support Financial Crime leadership in delivering strategic investments across technology, intelligence, and analytics to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, security, and cost profile of Financial Crime operations.
- Develop and implement strategies and programmes to quantify the impact of Financial Crime-related regulatory changes and establish appropriate actions to address, manage, and mitigate their effects across the Financial Crime control framework.
- Represent the Financial Crime function in governance forums and meetings as required by senior leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a complex global environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring and payment processes, preferably with experience in Financial Institution monitoring and Correspondent Banking.
- Proficiency in OKRs, Design Thinking, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and a product-oriented mindset, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence and a strong focus on DevOps delivery.
- Understanding of entity resolution, network analytics, and data analysis techniques is desirable.
- Proven ability to lead technology teams using Agile methodologies while mentoring, developing, and nurturing team talent is desirable.
- Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to translate them into clear technical outcomes, Epics, and User Stories.
- Experience in investigations and/or intelligence across a broad range of financial crime threat areas, including exposure to Big Data technologies, is desirable.
