Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and testing scenarios.
- Develop and execute automated tests, monitor test results, and identify and report software defects.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation in accordance with the software development and testing processes.
- Provide accurate work estimates and regular status updates on assigned tasks and activities.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of experience in test automation for new products or software systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles using Java.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages, preferably Marathon or Selenium.
- Knowledge of various design patterns used in enterprise applications.
- Experience with test management tools such as qTest.
- Familiarity with common development and testing tools, including Eclipse, SVN, GitLab, JUnit, JIRA, Jenkins, ANT, and Maven.
- Understanding of modern software delivery practices, including rapid prototyping, CI/CD, containerization, and virtualization, as well as testing strategies such as TDD and BDD.
- Experience working with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
