Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, unexpected behaviors, and region-specific defects across the global maps ecosystem.
  • Prepare and present weekly insights, trends, and analytical reports to leadership, supported by accurate data validation.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities from raw data and transform them into meaningful map-level insights with depth, accuracy, and actionable recommendations.
  • Investigate issues reported by Product and Engineering teams and provide detailed analysis to support effective resolution.
  • Execute assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform high-volume data processing and quality assurance activities while maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client and organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage daily work activities to consistently achieve productivity, quality, and performance targets.
  • Read, interpret, and apply complex policy documents, standard operating procedures, and special handling guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate task execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify anomalies, detect patterns, and derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and applying complex policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments.
  • Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts as required (5 working days with 2 weekly offs).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, along with a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
