Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely transactional and analytical financial reports and reporting packages.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close activities.
- Analyze and understand key business drivers to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance and support to global teams on finance-related matters.
- Conduct financial research and analysis to support business objectives and management requirements.
- Maintain and update financial systems with accurate and up-to-date financial data.
- Collaborate closely with global regional teams through regular interactions, review meetings, transition calls, and process documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Drive finance process automation by leveraging AI and other automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, accounting standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or an MBA in Finance from a reputed business school, or a qualified CA/CMA.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to present and explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to review financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and effectively support team activities.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and continuously enhance skills in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AI, and other emerging technologies.
- Flexibility to participate in late evening or early morning review meetings and transition calls with global teams as required.
