Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs to deliver high-performance, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend Engineers to deliver mission-critical features and seamless user experiences.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient and reliable backend solutions using technologies such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Ensure application security by following industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational best practices.
- Optimize backend applications to enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
- Work closely with fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to continuous learning, technical excellence, and team growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade backend applications.
- Hands-on experience with backend programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management or collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Go programming language.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL database.
