Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business program requirements, operational processes, and credit policy guidelines.
- Identify customer cohorts and business opportunities to improve revenue growth and enhance funnel conversion rates.
- Apply knowledge of credit risk policies to optimize customer eligibility and increase product adoption rates.
- Perform continuous portfolio analysis to monitor performance and optimize the target-to-date (TTD) mix.
- Develop and refine acquisition and customer management strategies tailored to support the merchant lending business.
- Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Product, and Technology teams to design customer-centric solutions that enable scalable and responsible growth.
- Partner with senior management and C-suite executives to drive customer acquisition initiatives and optimize the overall portfolio mix.
- Promote a proactive approach to portfolio optimization and funnel management to improve business performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk Policy or Risk Analytics.
- Alternatively, possess 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Strategy.
Skills:
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to successfully deliver business and risk initiatives.
- Be proficient in at least one technical programming language or analytical tool, such as R, SAS, Python, or SQL.
- Have the ability to visualize complex data analyses and effectively communicate actionable insights to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership with a proven track record of delivering results-focused projects successfully.
