Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, acting as the primary point of contact for BCG X leaders and stakeholders across global X Delivery business units and X Build AP hubs.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the regional and global BCG X Finance teams.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare business reports, maintaining an up-to-date view of business results, forecasts, and performance against the financial plan.
- Support pipeline management activities by monitoring project pipelines, validating business wins, preparing related reports, and assessing their impact on financial outlook.
- Contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting process as an integral member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team.
- Monitor and manage financial risk exposure across the project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams.
- Assist the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team with finance operations activities and other ad hoc financial support requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective planning, and informed business decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Prior experience in a professional services environment is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in financial tools and applications, including Advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and develop creative, effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
