Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain performance scorecards and reporting dashboards.
- Assist in building automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in and lead reporting discussions with business partners as required.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports and deliverables.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of AML Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domain.
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently present insights and drive business discussions.
