Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring applications based on client requirements.
- Gather configuration requirements from Functions, Business Units (BUs), and Service Lines (SLs), and obtain approvals from business owners.
- Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within established deadlines.
- Provide system configuration support to accommodate evolving business requirements.
- Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Support the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintain and regularly update the configuration archive to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure full compliance with established configuration standards, policies, and procedures.
- Implement changes to existing configuration processes based on client requirements and maintain accurate documentation and change logs.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide Management Information System (MIS) support, reporting, and backend operational assistance.
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration-related metrics for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain configuration documentation and generate reports in accordance with client requirements and established standards.
- Resolve client-requested configuration modifications and changes within the shortest possible turnaround time.
