Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Integration Support, Technical Support, and cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive merchant success.
- Assist the Sales team during merchant onboarding by managing configurations across internal and external systems and coordinating with Activation and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Coordinate with Banking, Finance, Support, Integration, and Technical teams to identify solutions and resolve merchant-related queries efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end communication with merchants and provide support for operational queries, including generating manual order reports, reconciling transactions, tracking payment statuses, and resolving related issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working with the Freshdesk customer support platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to promote and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
