Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between external partners, including carriers, vendors, and suppliers, and internal teams such as Retail, Finance, Software Support, and Fulfillment Centers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple databases using tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, and other analytical platforms to generate actionable insights and ad hoc reports.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support business objectives.
- Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements to support the development of scalable technology solutions by engineering and product teams.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to assess the business impact of emerging trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
- Manage issue escalation processes by identifying challenges, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders, and driving timely resolution of operational and business issues.
- Prepare clear and concise business narratives, including weekly performance summaries, goal variance analyses, and key findings for presentation in review meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure a positive customer experience while operating effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Have experience collaborating and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance, and dynamic work environments.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Have a foundational understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, and related business processes.

- Hold a graduation degree in any specialization from a recognized university.
